Your AEC UPS is covered by a 2 year return-to-base warranty. If a fault occurs which is covered by the warranty, then both the spares and the labour for repair will be free of charge within this period.

All parts are covered under warranty for manufacturer defect, but the warranty excludes failure attributed to extrinsic cause, accidental damage, improper use, any modification, adaptation, neglect or wear and tear.

The warranty shall be void if failure of the product or component has resulted from service, maintenance or repair other than by an AEC authorised agent.

No liability is accepted for loss of profits or any consequential loss. If the UPS is not in good working order as warranted, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement at the Discretion of AEC/Energy Systems UK Ltd.
